Create your Hubbo account

Hubbo has two things that are easy to confuse: your user (you, with your login) and an account (a project that is tied to one website and has its own embed key). You sign up as a user, then create one or more accounts.

Sign up

1. Open app.hubbo.io and choose to register.
2. Enter your details and follow the on-screen instructions. Hubbo uses a hosted sign-in service for authentication, so passwords are not stored by the Hubbo app itself.
3. Sign in. If you forget your password, use the reset option on the sign-in page.

You start on the Free plan

New users are on the Free plan: 1 account, 1 team member, 10,000 page views and 50 NPS responses. All core modules (notifications, NPS, surveys, roadmap, status page, feedback, reactions, analytics) are included. Joining a team instead

If a colleague invites you, you receive an email. You do not need an existing Hubbo user: if you have not registered before, the email contains a link to register. Once you are in, the invited account appears in your account switcher with the role you were given. See Inviting members.

Your profile

Under your user menu you can update your personal details and notification preferences, manage billing, and see your plan. Profile settings belong to you as a user, while project settings (such as name and URL) belong to the account.
