## What Hubbo is

- In-product notifications: top bar, toast, popup, tooltip, and notification widget
- NPS (Net Promoter Score) collection
- AI NPS analysis (Standard and Premium): one-click reports from filtered responses — summary, causes of low scores, concrete fixes, and signal chips (page, device, country, connection, and more)
- In-app surveys with conditional next steps
- Public product roadmap (URL or embed)
- Public status page (URL or embed)
- AI Translation: write once in a main language, then Generate Translation fills empty fields for other languages across notifications, NPS, surveys, roadmap, and status; visitors see content in their language, with fallback to the main copy; AI never overwrites text you already typed
- Optional page API: window.hubbo.identify / reset / getVisitor (auth targeting) and window.hubbo.setLang / getLang (set embed language from your app — see Developer docs)
- User feedback / messaging surfaces
- Single embed script for websites and common frameworks (React, Vue, Next, Nuxt, and others)

## What Hubbo is not

- In-product notifications today; email and push channels are on the roadmap (marked “soon” in the product)
- Not a public REST API product — the widget uses GraphQL client APIs; see developer resources
- Not a replacement for your core product UI — it overlays communication and feedback in-product
